WinDrop - Share content from iPhone to Windows app for iPhone and iPad

WinDrop is a new approach to data exchange between iPhone and Windows devices. The app lets you share website links, photos, notes, contacts, files, and even movie descriptions from IMDb.

WinDrop has two components. The iPhone app integrates with iOS and allows photos, links etc. to be selected and uploaded. The shared data is encrypted and passed on to the Windows app. The latter enables viewing, saving, and copying of shared elements. The user is automatically notified of an incoming share. The solution is the equivalent of AirDrop - a feature available on iOS devices.
